Today was my first day back at �school�, and Zan�s very first day on the course. It�s great to be back. And Zan has survived her first day, and is very excited about the whole thing.

Nothing like a break from the Alexander Technique to remind me how wonderful it is, and just how much I get from it in my everyday life.

Nothing much else new; I braved the totally dysfunctional UK train system to go and pick up a lute today, which took twice as long as it should have, due to endless cancellations and malfunctions and failures. All�s normal then. Actually, it�s worse!

I also sold my bicycle today. Hooray!
