It�s Thursday, and we�re expecting Karen at any moment. She�s our friend as well as being the head of the Alexander Technique teacher training course that we�re both studying on. She�s coming for supper and for a discussion about music which we�ve been meaning to have for awhile.

I�ve been practising my fast arpeggios, doing various pre-Christmas things, and generally having an uneventful day. It�s extremely nice to be at home with Zan, and not to have to get out of bed when it�s still pitch black outside.
